Managing and Reloading Your TravelMoney Card

Stay in control of your spending by tracking your balance and adding funds whenever you need. Here are all the ways you can manage your TravelMoney Card:

Check Your Balance and Transaction History:

Online:
  1. Visit www.cumoney.com
  2. Enter your card number and security code
By Phone:
  1. Call 1-833-729-2853
  2. Enter your card number and security code when prompted
On the Mobile App:
  1. Download the CUMONEY Prepaid mobile app from the Apple App Store or Google Play.
  2. Log in to instantly view your balance and transaction history.

Pro Tip: Always check your balance before making a purchase to avoid declined transactions!

Reload Your Card Anytime:

  • Online: Use www.cumoney.com or the CUMONEY mobile app to add funds conveniently.
  • In Person: Reload at any Truity Credit Union branch.
  • On the CUMONEY Mobile App: Download from the Apple App Store or Google Play for quick access to reload options.

Note: A $2.00 reload fee applies each time you add funds.

Personalize Your Card Security

For added security, set up a 4-digit Personal Identification Number (PIN). Visit www.cumoney.com or call 1-833-729-2853 to set your PIN.

Card Fees:

  • Setup Fee: $5.00 (one-time at purchase)
  • Reload Fee: $2 reload fee applies each time you add funds
  • Inactivity Fee: $5.00 monthly after 10 consecutive months of inactivity
  • ATM Withdrawal: $1.50 per U.S. withdrawal, $2.00 per international withdrawal
  • Balance Inquiry at ATM: $1.50 per inquiry
  • Denied Transaction Fee: $0.50
  • Replacement Card: $5.00
  • Express Delivery: $35.00 for expedited delivery

Important Usage Notes:

  • Pre-authorizations: Certain transactions, like hotel or car rentals, may place a temporary hold on your card balance, which will be released in a few days.
  • Split Transactions: Inform the merchant if your balance is less than the transaction amount to avoid declines.
  • Expiration: The card expires after five years, but funds do not. Request a replacement if needed.

There is a $5.00 fee required for setup.

No monthly maintenance fee.

*Visa Zero Liability policy covers U.S.-issued cards only and does not apply to ATM transactions, PIN transactions not processed by Visa, or certain commercial card transactions.
