Truity presents $25,000 to support PTI
Bartlesville’s Paths to Independence (PTI) organization recently received a $25,000 donation from Truity Credit Union, in support of their Champion Campaign.
The campaign will include funds for much-needed upgrades to their facility, educational supplies, transport vehicles, scholarships and more. Truity’s donation will help meet the campaign goal.
“At Truity, giving back to our communities is what we love to do. We are pleased to be able to support Paths to Independence,” said Business Development Officer, Nicole McKinney. “They do amazing work to support children and adults with autism spectrum disorders and their families.”
Paths to Independence is a school and job training program, serving students with autism in northeastern Oklahoma since 2012. They are currently the only accredited Pre-Kindergarten through 12th grade school in Oklahoma that accepts students with autism, at all levels of functioning. Not only do they support students, but they also provide resources for graduated students, young adults with autism and families of students.
“Truity’s generous donation to Paths to Independence highlights their community spirit and the value they place on families raising children with autism. We appreciate their incredible support for our students,” said Paths to Independence Executive Director Clair Bartley.
