A Message to our Members

  • 11/30/2020

More than ever before, we want to thank you for your membership. As the Coronavirus (COVID-19) surges, our lobbies remain open by appointment only for the safety of our members, employees, employees’ families, and our communities. We have heard your feedback regarding limited access to our lobbies, and we understand the frustration. Our long-term goal is to keep serving you throughout the pandemic without having to close completely. To accomplish this and ensure the highest safety levels, our lobbies will remain open by appointment only.

We have multiple channels available and ready to serve you, such as our digital banking tools, including our robust mobile app with secure messaging and online platform. From digital banking, you can make payments, view transactions, transfer funds, check balances, and more. If you haven’t already:

Our contact center is also available to you at 1.800.897.6991, or meet with us in-person by scheduling a lobby appointment.

When you make an appointment, please remember that masks are required in all Truity buildings, and we are deep cleaning daily and in between transactions. If you are exhibiting any symptoms of COVID-19 or feeling ill, please utilize our contact center or digital banking. The safety of our members and our employees is our priority.

Truity Credit Union remains fully operational and dedicated to you, our members. We are here to help, and we encourage members who may be affected and need assistance to contact us.

Sincerely,

Dennis Halpin

President & CEO
