Our text service is designed specifically for general, non-account-specific questions, keeping it both quick and secure. For account-specific needs or inquiries involving personal information, we encourage members to use our secure Digital Banking messaging through the app or website, connect via video chat, or call us directly at 1.800.897.6991.

The Contact Center team is ready to assist via text, call, or video chat Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. CST, and Saturday, 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. CST. The new texting feature is yet another way Truity makes support accessible and member-focused—allowing you to get quick information at your convenience.
