Truity Credit Union Member Wins Fantasy Shopping Spree
Truity Credit Union member D. Lucas is headed to Chi-Town after winning a place at the starting line for the Credit Union Magic Minute. Ms. Lucas will be joining six other lucky winners from credit unions across the country to participate in the luxury shopping thrill of a lifetime. On November 30, 2017, she and her shopping buddy will have 60 seconds to load their oversized shopping cart with merchandise from the shelves of a warehouse stacked to the rafters with high-end prizes, such as laptops, tablets, HDTVs and home appliances.
Ms. Lucas qualified for the random drawing by using her Truity debit card to make at least three purchases during the last week of July.
“We’re thrilled one of our members was selected,” said Branch Manager Greg Wilhelm. “The Magic Minute sweepstakes has generated a lot of awareness from our cardholders and this is exactly the outcome we were hoping for. TM sweepstakes. Cardholders from participating credit unions then had to register for the sweepstakes and make at least three purchases with their credit union’s credit or debit rewards cards to have their names entered in the drawings for sweepstakes winners.
The sweepstakes winner’s package includes a 3-day/2-night trip for two to Chicago, IL. A fun welcome reception for the winners at Renaissance Blackstone Hotel in Chicago kicks off the event. The package also includes: round-trip coach transportation to/from Chicago from the major airport nearest the winner’s home, hotel accommodations, meals and the actual Magic Minute dash event. After the dash, all the amazing merchandise won is shipped to the winners’ homes. Congratulations, Ms. Lucas!
