As a service to members and non-members, Truity Credit Union provides notary services to add legal authenticity to documents and signatures. Notary services are available at all of our branches.
In order to have a document notarized, members must present a valid photo ID and sign the document in the presence of the notary. The American Society of Notaries lists “contracts, deeds, agreements and powers of attorney” as examples of frequently notarized documents.
